Important Information
Clinic: When you arrive for your appointment, please use the entrance on the east side of the building. If you see a large brick covering, you are on the wrong side of the building.
Surgery Center: When you arrive for your procedure, please use the entrance on the west side of the building. If you see a large brick covering, you are at the correct entrance.
